Client Overview:

R Pareva & Company is a Delhi-based Chartered Accountants firm founded by CA Rahul Pareva, built specifically around cross-border tax work, NRIs, US expatriates, and foreign businesses entering India. Their clients aren't sitting across the table during a consultation, they're in New Jersey, London, or Dubai, managing Indian compliance from a different time zone entirely. That reality had to shape the website from the ground up.

Project Scope

A firm serving an international audience needed a website that reads as credible to someone who has never set foot in India and has no way to verify the firm in person. The brief covered international tax advisory, tax litigation, FEMA & RBI compliance, expatriate taxation, NRI taxation, GST compliance, foreign company registration, and repatriation advisory, each needing its own properly written page, plus founder, team, and client pages to establish trust remotely.

Challenges Faced

The hardest part was writing and structuring for a visitor who can't just walk into the office to check if a firm is legitimate. Every page had to build trust through clarity and specificity, not generic claims, while still staying within ICAI's advertising guidelines that CA firms have to work within. We also had to make sure the site clearly separated the different client types (NRIs, expatriates, foreign companies) since each has a different starting question, without turning the site into a maze.
