Life Line Road Carrier Case Study: Website Designing
Case Study: Website Designing for Life Line Road Carrier
Client Overview:
Life Line Road Carrier is a Haryana-based logistics and transport company offering parcel booking, full truck load (FTL) services, and warehousing across major Indian cities. Their business runs on route-specific traffic, people searching for transport between exact city pairs, Delhi to Pune, Delhi to Goa, Delhi to Bhopal, and so on. That kind of search behaviour needed a website structured very differently from a typical service business site.
Project Scope
Instead of a handful of generic service pages, the brief called for individual, well-built pages for each major route and service combination, alongside core pages for parcel booking, full truck load services, warehousing, gallery, and location coverage. Each route page had to answer the specific questions a shipper actually has: truck types, pricing factors, transit time, and what's included, not just a generic "we deliver anywhere" message repeated with a different city name swapped in.
- Individual route pages built for key transport corridors (Delhi to Pune, Goa, Bhopal, Gujarat, and more)
- Dedicated pages for Parcel Booking, Full Truck Load services, and Warehousing
- A location coverage page mapping out serviced states and cities
- Gallery section showcasing the fleet and real deliveries
- A simple four-step process laid out clearly so first-time visitors understand how booking works
Challenges Faced
The real challenge was avoiding repetition. Dozens of route pages built around the same core service can easily start reading like the same page with the city name changed, which hurts both the visitor's trust and search visibility. Each page needed genuine differentiation, distance, truck type suitability, typical transit time, and route-specific detail, without turning the process into a content factory that sacrifices quality for volume.
Solutions Implemented
- Designed and built the complete PHP-based website from scratch around route-specific search intent
- Structured each route page with distinct, useful detail instead of a generic template swapped by city name
- Built out dedicated service pages for parcel booking, FTL, and warehousing
- Added a location page and gallery to reinforce coverage and credibility
- Kept the booking process visible and simple across every page, reducing friction for first-time shippers
Results Achieved
- A fully functional PHP website with genuinely differentiated route and service pages
- A site structure built specifically around how transport customers actually search
- Clear, easy-to-follow booking process visible on every key page
- A professional design that reflects a serious, established logistics operation
- A scalable page structure that can accommodate new routes as the business expands
