Client Overview:

Cosmic Ritika is a holistic healing and spiritual guidance practice run by Ritika Sharma, offering tarot card reading, crystal energy healing, Reiki, chakra balancing, angel healing, and aromatherapy, both in person and remotely over video call. It's a business built entirely on trust. People coming to a tarot or healing session want to feel calm and taken seriously before they even book, and that feeling has to start on the website.

Project Scope

Cosmic Ritika needed more than a simple one-pager. Six distinct services, each with its own audience and its own set of questions people have before they book, a blog to build authority, an appointment system, and an about page that actually introduces Ritika as a practitioner rather than a stock photo and a paragraph. The brief was to build a website that felt calming and credible at the same time, not the usual mystical-clipart look this space tends to fall into.

Challenges Faced

The hardest part wasn't the number of pages, it was tone. Spiritual and healing services live in a grey zone online: too gimmicky and visitors don't trust it, too clinical and it loses the warmth that draws people in. We had to design and write in a way that respected both the skeptic reading the FAQs and the regular client booking their fifth session. Structuring six services without the site feeling repetitive or cluttered took a fair bit of planning too.
